Помогите спасти от смерти собак из приюта- времени в обрез!
Help to save dogs from shelter from death- time is precious!

Dear Sir/Madam please read the English version of the petition below.
ЗооСпас- приют для бездомных животных, был создан 8 лет назад неравнодушными гражданами г. Казани и находится в д.Ковали Пестречинского района. Мы второе десятилетие подряд каждый день спасаем животных из самых ужасных ситуаций, лечим и находим им хозяев, без приюта обойтись невозможно. В Казани, миллионном городе, нет официального коммунального приюта. Отлов и убийство животных - это не выход! Мы живем в 21 веке, и в наших силах создать нормальные условия для животных! Несмотря на многочисленные наши просьбы, власти постоянно отказывали нам в этом, мотивируя, что нет денег. Мы нашли самую глухую и малонаселенную деревню и купили там на крохотную сумму полуразвалившийся дом и землю. Полтора года назад обращались к президенту Татарстана с просьбой о помощи, он нашел возможность помочь нам и выделил полмиллиона на строительство вольеров для собак, мы закупили стройматериалы, привезли их в деревню и вот тут началось... Местные жители пытались расхитить их, но бдительная полиция нашла воров, вернула материалы, состоялся суд, который приговорил 4 человека к четырем годам условно, но они стали мстить и выживать нас из деревни. Прокурор Пестречинской прокуратуры Алмаз Ахметшин встал на их защиту, удовлетворил иск и через неделю должны убрать (что означает убить!!! ) всех спасенных собак, которые содержатся в образцовом порядке, не выпускаются никуда с территории хосписа, все вылечены, вакцинированы и стерилизованы, благодаря огромному труду и финансам простых людей. Просим Вашей защиты от судебной ошибки. Прокурор требует вывоза всех собак неизвестно куда. Вывезти их некуда абсолютно. Хотя с начала судебного разбирательства мы не раз писали в Пестречинскую администрацию просьбу предоставить нам другое место, раз мы неугодны на этом. Хоспис содержится на мизерные пожертвования граждан. Каждое воскресенье приезжают волонтеры от общественной организации ЗооСпас. Единственная наша надежда- ваша помощь и участие! Услышьте наш крик о помощи- помогите спасти наш приют!
ZooSpas shelter for homeless animals was established by citizens of Kazan city 8 years ago and in Kovali village. For more than 10 years every day we are saving animals from awful situations, cure them and find new owners, it’s impossible to do all of this without a shelter. There are more than 1 million citizens living in Kazan city, Universiade 2013 was held there, but there is no official municipal animal shelter. Trapping and killing of animals is not a solution of problem of straying animals! We live in the 21st century, and we can create normal conditions for animals! Despite of numerous requests to our authorities, they repeatedly denied them, arguing that there is no money for this. We have found far away and sparsely populated village and bought a ramshackle house with land. Eighteen months ago we addressed to the President of Tatarstan for help,and he found an opportunity to help us and gave 500000 rubles for construction of enclosures for dogs. We have bought building materials which were brought to the village, and the hell for us has started... Local residents tried to steal the materials, but the police alert found the thieves,returned materials, there was a trial in a court which passed a sentence upon 4 persons they received a 4 year suspended prison sentence, but these people started to revenge on us and try to drive us out of the village. petition and made a resolve that a week later all rescued dogs that are kept in perfect order have to be removed (that means killed !!!), all dogs live only on the territory of the hospice, all vaccinated and sterilized thanks for the great work and money of kind citizens. We are asking for your protection from this judicial mistake. The prosecutor calls for removal of all dogs to nowhere. We have no other place to take the dogs to!.. From the beginning of the trial, we wrote many times to the Pestrechinsky district administration to provide us with another place, but there is still no solution. The shelter exists on donations of kind people, every Sunday volunteers of public organization ZooSpas come to the shelter. Your help and participation our last hope! Please hear our cry for help- help us to save our animal shelter!
